Shipping & returns

Shipping

Your order will be shipped to you via DHL within 3 business days of receipt of your payment. Shipping to an address in the Netherlands costs €4.50. For international shipping within the EU, we ask for a contribution of €17.95. For shipping outside the EU, we ask for a contribution of €39.95.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, including the Track&Trace barcode. You will also receive an email with the invoice attached.

Returns

It is, of course, possible to return items purchased in our webshop within 14 days of receipt. This is only possible with the attached tag on the clothing, unworn clothing, and in neat packaging. Your return must be registered online in advance. You can do this via your account or via 'My orders' at the bottom of the footer of our webshop. You will receive an email with information including a return link to create your return shipping label at a reduced price (for €4.50). You can then print it out, stick it on the package, and drop it off at a DHL point. You can also opt for printer-less returns. In that case, you will receive a QR code, which you can show at the DHL point, and they will print the shipping label for you. Please note: Always make old shipping labels invisible or remove them to avoid confusion. The above return conditions are not valid during the pre-announced 'clearance sale days'. In such cases, purchased items cannot be returned due to the extremely low price.

Once we have received the returned items, you will receive a credit invoice from us by email. Within 3 business days, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the bank account you used for payment. If you return the entire order, you are legally entitled to a refund of your contribution to the shipping costs. When returning an entire order, we are legally allowed to offset our return/processing costs with your shipping cost contribution. This will result in a €0 amount and will therefore not be reflected on the credit invoice.
